The spirit of Sumud

After living in Palestine, I was inspired by the foods's flavor and vibranance, even the street food was fresh and full of whole food ingredients. My mission with Sumud is to bring that colorful, locally sourced, real food experience to Texas.

As a 6th generation Texan with Irish heritage, I feel a strong connection to the deep solidarity between the Irish and Palestinian people and the abundant ingredients from the lands of Texas.

Sumud Foods reflects my love for arabic food and Palestine, ancestral roots to Ireland and southern hospitality as a Texas native.
